Central Administration
The Style Guide Manager is accessed via a browser. It offers selected administrators the option of creating and modifying style guides centrally. Administrators can define specific style guides for different user groups and document types. These style guides include guidelines on terminology, spelling, grammar and writing style.

Rule Configurations
Rule configurations form the core of the style guides in Congree UCC. They define exactly which linguistic rules are used to check spelling, grammar, terminology, style and abbreviations.
The rules for checking language style are particularly comprehensive. You can choose from several hundred available rules to tailor your style guide to your specific requirements.
Terminology
Terminology is an essential element of any corporate language. Determine which termbase should be used for the style guide and which word formation patterns and rules should be applied when checking the terminology.
Termbases can be stored either in Congree TermTiger or in external terminology systems.

Templates
To simplify the creation of your style guides, you have the option of cloning your own existing style guides or using predefined standards (Simplified Technical English, Best Practices and others) as a basis in Congree UCC.
Customizable Message Texts
The Congree language check helps you to ensure that your writing rules are adhered to company-wide. This works best when the message texts fit seamlessly into your corporate language. That's why you can completely rewrite the message texts in Congree Style Guide Manager. The sample texts can also be customized. This makes Congree an electronic extension of your own editorial guide.

Context-Sensitive Check
For specific areas of a document, such as headings, list items or warnings, different specifications apply. Congree makes it possible to set the language check to be context-sensitive. To do this, you can link your style guides to document-specific rule sets in the Congree Control Center.
